Dinendra Priyasad is one of the most outstanding & creative media artist in the country with over 18 years of experience.
While attending school at Thakshila Central College, Horana, Dinendra Priyasad became involved in 2003 in public media as he had the opportunity to participate in the 'Radio Children's Drama' ගුවන්විදුලි ළමා පිටිය programs of the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC). In 2008, He entered the university. Dinendra’s first conceptual art photography research experiment took place in 2010 when he was a student at the University of Visual & Performing Arts, Colombo. With his university experiments, he has become an innovative turning point in the field of conceptual art contributing to more than 60 different creations with a Sri Lankan identity. Dinendra joined Swarnavahini ස්වර්ණවාහිනී නාලිකාව (EAP Broadcasting Company Ltd) in 2014, In 2016 he joined MTV/MBC Channels PVT Ltd and ABC Asia broadcasting Coparate PVT Ltd as a freelancer, meanwhile representing various fields such as script-translator, make-up artist and costume designer for stage dramas. After graduating with a first-class degree in Linguistics & Media, he started working as a Visiting Lecturer and Teacher in English Language, Drama & Performing Arts, Choreography, and Fashion Designing in several public and private universities and schools. Currently, Dinendra Priyasad is representing the field of art as a Journalist, Photographer, Voice-over Artist, Designer & Stylist, and also a Painting Artist.., He guides Sri Lankan children to see life and art differently within the scope of a Teacher (EN) and Visiting Lecturer. |
